We are seeking a motivated and innovative Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the fintech industry. As a Product Manager at Zibal, you will play a key role in driving product innovation and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Visionary Leadership:
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with Zibal’s mission and business goals.
Identify market opportunities and define product roadmaps to capitalize on these opportunities.
Customer-Centric Approach:
Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve Zibal’s products and services.
Prioritize user experience and ensure our offerings meet the needs of our clients.
Innovative Thinking:
Brainstorm and propose new features or services that could benefit Zibal’s clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into product development.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilize data analytics to inform product strategies and optimize performance.
Monitor key metrics and KPIs to ensure product success and make informed decisions.
Collaborative Teamwork:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and customer support to bring products to life.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams to achieve product goals.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in the product area.
Experience in the fintech or payment processing industry is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas.
Experience working in an agile development environment.
